Flexible pipe pay-in and pay-out system is arranged on ship deck to lower pipelines or retrieve and storage them, especially suitable for transferring the deep water subsea pipeline for pre-commissioning, meeting the requirements of deep water subsea pipeline pre-commissioning operations. The system is an integrated structure mainly consisted of hose pay-in and pay-out winch, four track tensioner, guiding bridge,launch bridge, supporting power station, control room etc.

Pay-in and pay-out winch is suitable for hoses with outer diameter of 130mm, maximum pipeline storage capacity of 2200m, maximum drag force of 100kN and maximum linear speed of ≥ 20m/min.

Four track tensioner is suitable for pipe/cable outer diameter of 50-350mm, maximum tension of 200kN, laying speed of 30m/min, tension control accuracy of ± 3%.
