2021年公司經(jīng)營到期，國有股份退出，引入戰(zhàn)略投資者天津市天工科技發(fā)展有限公司。面對責(zé)任與使命，加強前瞻性思考和戰(zhàn)略性布局，努力把公司建設(shè)成為具有持續(xù)科技創(chuàng)新能力、核心競爭力及重大影響力的高端裝備制造企業(yè)。
2007年公司改制分流實施方案獲得上級主管部門批準(zhǔn)，股東方變更為天津工程機械研究院、天津正罡科技有限公司、天津理工大學(xué)及14位技術(shù)管理骨干。同年公司遷址華苑科技園區(qū)，公司發(fā)展進入快車道
2002年公司成為中國液壓氣動密封件工業(yè)協(xié)會常務(wù)理事單位；
公司是第五屆全國液壓氣動標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會副主任委員、第六屆主任委員。被授予2004-2008年度液壓氣動標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作“突出單位”，2019年液壓氣動行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作突出貢獻單位；目前制修訂現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)21項。
通過技術(shù)攻關(guān)，在液壓軟硬管組合件結(jié)構(gòu)、制造工藝和可靠性試驗技術(shù)方面取得了突破性成果，《高可靠性液壓軟硬管組合件與試驗裝備》獲得2017年天津市中小企業(yè)“專精特新”產(chǎn)品稱號。
2023年公司成為天津市專精特新中小企業(yè)。
2005年以“45T回拖液壓絞車”通過技術(shù)鑒定為標(biāo)志，進入海油工程中裝備制造和服務(wù)領(lǐng)域；
2005～2006年完成國內(nèi)首臺套60Bar灌漿機和液驅(qū)恒張力控制絞車，在場地拖拉、鋪管系統(tǒng)和灌樁系統(tǒng)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)突破。
通過技術(shù)攻關(guān)，在液壓軟硬管組合件結(jié)構(gòu)、制造工藝和可靠性試驗技術(shù)方面取得了突破性成果，《高可靠性液壓軟硬管組合件與試驗裝備》獲得2017年天津市中小企業(yè)“專精特新”產(chǎn)品稱號。

In 2001, Tianjin Jingyan Construction Machinery Transmission Co., Ltd. was established by Tianjin Construction Machinery Research Institute, Tianjin Zhenggang Technology Co., Ltd., Tianjin Tejing Hydraulic Co., Ltd., Tianjin University of Technology etc., with mission of Gathering wisdom and strength in the field of construction machinery transmission technology, pursuing technological progress and innovation, building an influential new technology development and industrialization base and promoting regional industrial development. In 2007, ownership reform was carried out with technical and management elites holding shares, transforming the company to be a mixed-ownership enterprise. In 2022, Tianjin Construction Machinery Technology Development Co., Ltd. invested, transforming it to be a private enterprise.Pursuing excellence and always striving for being in the first place, constantly exploring modern management systems as well as creating new initiatives and new advantages, the company is a national high-tech enterprise, Tianjin specialized, refined, and innovative SMEs，that integrates scientific research, development, design, manufacturing, ales and services committed to provide high-end equipment system solutions to global customers. With the operation expiring and the state-owned shares quitting in 2021, the company introduced Tianjin Tiangong Technology Development Co., Ltd. as strategic investor. Facing the responsibilities and missions, we strengthened forward-looking thinking and strategic layout, strive to build a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise with continuous technological innovation capabilities, core competitiveness and significant influence
In 2007, the company reform and reposition implementation plan was authorized by superior authorities with the shareholders changing to Tianjin Construction Machinery Research Institute, Tianjin Zhenggang Technology Co., Ltd., Tianjin University of Technology and 14 technical management elites. In the same year, the company relocated to Huayuan Science and Technology Park and started its fast development.
In 2002, the company became an executive director of China Hydraulics Pneumatics & Seals Association; the company is the Vice Chairman of the 5th and Chairman of the 6th National Hydraulic and Pneumatic Standardization Technical Committee. It was awarded the title of "Outstanding Enterprise" for its hydraulic and pneumatic standardization work in 2004-2008 and the title of “Outstanding Contribution Enterprise for hydraulic and pneumatic industry standardization work in 2019; up to now, 21 national standards had been formulated and revised.
Through key technological difficulty overcoming, breakthrough achievements had been made in hydraulic soft and hard tube assembly structure, manufacturing process and reliability testing technology. High reliability hydraulic soft and hard tube assemblies and testing equipment were awarded the title of 2017 Tianjin “Specialization, reinement, differention and Innovation" Products of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.In 2023, the company became a Specialization, reinement, differention and Innovation small and medium-sized enterprise in Tianjin.
In 2005, the company entered the equipment manufacturing and service field of offshore oil engineering with "45T Pullback Hydraulic Winch" passing the technical appraisal.In 2005-2006, the first set of 60Bar grouting machine and hydraulic constant tension control winch in China were completed, achieving break throughs in the technical fields of site dragging, pipe laying system and pile grouting system.
In 2000, Tianjin Science and Technology Committee approved the establishment of Tianjin Construction Machinery Transmission Technology Engineering Center by Tianjin Construction Machinery Research Institute and others;The company was registered on June 26, 2001. The shareholders included Tianjin Construction Machinery Research Institute, Tianjin Zhenggang Technology Co., Ltd., Tianjin Tejing Pressure Co., Ltd. and Tianjin University of Technology; The company is the operational enterprise of Tianjin Construction Machinery Transmission Technology Engineering Center.

We had published more than 50 papers in major domestic journals, obtained more than 70 national authorized patents and been responsible for or participated in drafting 21 current national and industry standards.
