Pile lifting equipment

The pile lifting equipment mainly includes hydraulic flat mouth hook、pile hoist and Cable stoppers, which are used for grasping, flipping, and lifting pipe piles. After efficiency improvement and modification, the pile hoist is suitable for maximum pile diameter of 124 inches and lifting capacity of 1200×103kg. Flat mouth hook is located at bottom of steel pile, controls steel pile movement and sliding during pile lifting and flipping process. After pile lifting is completed, hydraulic cylinder assists to quickly separate the hook body from steel pile. Flat mouth hook has a lifting weight of 5000kN.
