Anchor pile positioning equipment includes Subsea Levelling Tools and adjustable anchor pile guide device.

Leveler mainly consist of leveler body and hydraulic power station. After deep water jacket is launched and bottomed, leveler upper ring jaw holds steel pile tightly inwards, and lower ring jaw holds leveling ring tightly outwards. Leveling hydraulic cylinder moves to adjust jacket levelness. It is suitable for pile diameters ranging from 96 to 108 inches. Leveling force of leveler is 30×103 kN.

Adjustable anchor pile guide device adopts double-layer independent adjustment structure. Two flipping mechanisms are driven separately by hydraulic cylinders to achieve precise guide cylinder three-dimensional positioning and trigger pile holding device to open. It features simple motion mechanism, reliable operation and high work efficiency in order to meet pile anchor installation accuracy requirements during subsea pile driving. Applicable pile anchor diameter is 72-96 inches; maximum axial adjustable leveling angle is 5°and control accuracy is not greater than 0.3°.
