Pile Hammer and Grouting machine
Hydraulic pile hammer consists of five parts: hydraulic power module, control room, hydraulic pipeline winch, umbilical cable winch and hammer body. When subsea operation, hammer core moves in the air, while control system sends signals to make hammer core lift, fall, pressurize and impact. Hammer core transmits striking force to anvil and pipe pile, implementing pipe pile penetration. Pile hammer is suitable for steel piles with maximum inclination angle of 12o; striking energies of 150, 280 and 350 kNm; striking frequency of 40 bl/min at maximum power.
Grouting machine is a specialized equipment for carrying out offshore jacket grouting operations, which mainly consists of feeding devices, measuring devices, mixers, mud transfer pumps, as well as pneumatic and electrical controls. Cement, water, and additives are handled by the process of feeding, measuring, mixing, stirring, and unloading to produce concrete slurry, which is then transported to designated working points through mud transfer pump. Entire process adopts two sets of independent manual and semi-automatic control systems. Pumped mud flow rate is 30 m3/h; maximum working pressure is 6 MPa.
