The main function of a pipeline laying system is to implement constant tension pipeline laying, pipeline abandonment and recycling operations, which includes equipment such as Automatic tripping Device for Starting wirerope, tensioner, A&R winch,Automatic Decoupling Device for Abandoned Pipes.The tensioner adopts a vertical 2-track form with pipeline constant pressure clamping. The tracks are driven by hydraulic motor or variable frequency motor to control pipeline pay-in and pay-out with constant tension.The A&R winch adopts a single drum form, which is driven by hydraulic motor or variable frequency motor, which is equipped with cable arrangement mechanism and force measurement unit. maximum rated tension is 1000 kN; maximum conveying speed is 30m/min.
