After open bidding and rigorous evaluation, Tianjin Jingyan Construction Machinery Transmission Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid, providing the core lifting mechanical equipment for this iconic bridge. This equipment is the core system for the bridge to achieve its lifting function and meet the navigation requirements of large ships. It requires high technical content and strict manufacturing precision. The Yuxindao Cross-Haihe River Bridge is a bridge under construction in the Dagu area of Tianjin Binhai New Area, spanning the Haihe River. It starts from Rongzhi Road in the west and ends at Zhanan Road in the east, with a total length of 945 meters (including a bridge section of 601.82 meters). The main bridge adopts a span arrangement of 70 meters + 106 meters + 70 meters, with the 106-meter main span being a vertically lifted through-type tied arch bridge. The total lifting weight is 3,000 tons, the lifting height is not less than 25 meters, the opening clearance is over 37.5 meters, the side span deck width is 34 meters, and the main span deck width is 38 meters. It is designed with two-way six lanes and a design speed of 50 kilometers per hour. The main bridge of Yuxin Bridge is skewed at a 25-degree angle, making it the largest skewed lift-style opening bridge in China. The structural design and lifting equipment design technology are complex, and the construction standards are high. Upon completion, the Yuxin Road Cross-Haihe River Bridge project may become China's first vertically lift-style opening arch bridge project.
